The death of Peaches is so tragic for her children, husband and family and sadly, so preventable.
I was featured as a expert last week on ITV’s ‘This Morning’, and I hope to be featured in the media again this week talking about the inquest findings on the death of Peaches.
From BBC News Online:
“In her last interview before her death, Peaches said that becoming a mother had been a “healing process”. “Before, I was not at peace with myself about it because I was just traumatised,” she said. “That’s why I was living a chaotic lifestyle. But now I have the kids I can heal the situation. It’s so good in every single way, really.”
Peaches was understandably traumatised since the tragic death of her mother when she was a child. As she says above she felt that becoming a mother herself was helping her to heal, but clearly not enough.
The reason I wrote ‘Stay Calm and Content No Matter What Life Throws At You’ was for (amongst others) young mothers in Peaches’ situation, this book could have begun the process of healing her, that’s why I wrote it, and I want more people to know about it. 50% of profits go to counselling charities and I am giving PDF copies away for free, I don’t seek to make money from the book.
Peaches’ self esteem growing up without a mother was clearly fragile, she is likely to have felt vulnerable and alone at times. Drug use is always about escaping from life, about feeling free for a little while. The problem is it is so addictive, and so destructive.
The hope for the future now needs to be that her children won’t continue the tragedy of the past.
Stay Calm and Content explains how to recover from past tragedies and pain, and how to build the future you crave. And it is so so simple to begin that process.
If Peaches had read Stay Calm and Content then I believe it could have changed her life and she might still be here for her children today.
I want to tell the British public that there is a short simple book that can help in any and every situation, including drug addiction.
Please see the Amazon reviews such as “the best book I have read on self development, ever” and the professional reviews e.g. “an unconventional clearing-house approach to self help topics, this book deserves a wide audience” on my website, www.staycalmandcontent.com.
I can send you a PDF copy to read for yourself? It will take you approximately one hour to read it and then you can tell me what you think. It’s good, I promise!
